New airport security measures require passengers on US-boundflights to charge their mobile devices and laptops before going throughsecurity. Uncharged devices at many overseas airports will not be permitted onboard. The heightened security is related to new Al-Qaeda terrorism threats. Incases where time permits, passengers with dead phones or computers will beoffered a chance to charge their devices before boarding for their flight.Passengers who do not have the time or ability to charge their devices beforeboarding may be permitted to reschedule their flights.
